Inserting an image in your article
Though I will go into this in more details later, it is important to remember not to upload images larger than 300kb into your article.
Step 1
To reduce the size of the images you can do the following. Save all the images in one folder.
- Open the folder
- Click on the first image. Hold Shift in and click on the last image to select the list.
- Right Click on the selected images.
- Select the Send to option
- Select mail recipient.

Step 2
If the images are big, Outlook will bring up the window below. Keep the option at "make all my pictures smaller" and press the OK button.

Step 3
Outlook will open a new mail with the images inside. You right click on each image and save them to a new folder. Your images will now be a size that you can load on to the website. Please check the quality of the new images. If you have a problem please contact me.

Step 4
Edit the article as shown in the Edit an Article tutorial. Click in the editor as shown by arrow 1 and select the Insert/Edit Image Button as shown by arrow 2.

Step 5
Check that you are in the desired image folder (arrow 1) and select the upload button (arrow 2).

Click on the Add button as shown below.

Step 7
Navigate to your images, select it (arrow 1) and click on Open (arrow 2).

Step 8
After you pressed open, the image will appear in the Queue with a cross (arrow 1). You can select multiple images and press Upload to start the upload (arrow 2)

Step 9
When an image is uploaded it will have a green tick (arrow 1). If you are done uploading you can click on Cancel to close the window (arrow 2).

Step 10
- You will have to double click on the image name (arrow 1).
- Make sure the images info is inserted as shown 2 images below. You can also change the display size.
- Click on the insert button (arrow 2) and save your article.

Make sure the images info is inserted as shown below.
